Our homes feature a predominantly bio sourced construction envelope, utilizing materials derived from renewable, natural sources. Our bio sourced materials deliver high-performance insulation with up to 30% better thermal efficiency compared to traditional materials and reduce carbon emissions by up to 50% over their lifecycle.

We constantly work at improving our sourcing practices to embody the best performance at the lowest footprint possible.

Our 2x8 wall structure, filled with high-density cellulose, provides superior insulation and comfort. It increases energy efficiency, controls moisture to prevent mold, and maintains a healthy indoor environment, even in harsh weather conditions. Made from recycled paper, this insulation ensures optimal sustainability and performance.
